Allyant was founded in 2017 as a design builder and construction manager focused on facilities for the science and technology sector. Evenden & Co has been working with Allyant since 2019, supporting their marketing and sales efforts as they continue to develop their unique market position and grow their portfolio of built work.
In 2021, Evenden & Co worked with Allyant to undertake a complete refresh of their website by updating the overall tone, organization, graphics, and visuals, as well as updating the messaging to ensure consistency with the refreshed marketing materials previously developed by Evenden & Co. The website refresh included re-developing the information for Allyant’s existing projects, as well as creating content for newer projects and profiles for each team member of the company.
Evenden & Co has also worked with Allyant to lead the development of two important, project-specific presentations. We worked in close collaboration with Allyant’s management team, leading workshop-style sessions to develop a narrative that responded to their client’s requirements, and then developed a professional presentation that supported the narrative and demonstrated their expertise, capability, and suitability for the potential project. Prior to Allyant delivering the presentations to their clients, we assisted with participating in a dry-run to provide constructive feedback which improved the presentation deilvery.
Allyant was invited to participate in an RFP for an exciting new client and knew that they would be competing against other established firms with strong experience in the project type. They wanted to ensure that they responded with a winning proposal of the highest quality. Evenden & Co worked with the firm to develop a workplan to achieve the goals in a short timeframe, assessed the needs of the RFP, evaluated their current info for its appropriateness, and prepared a persuasive proposal document that highlighted the firm’s unique suitability to deliver the project. The resulting submission was the highest rated proposal and Allyant was awarded the project.
Evenden & Co continues to provide proposal development and/or proposal advisory services to assist Allyant with RFP responses by providing leadership and support for messaging and content under a variety of delivery approaches that are targeted to best suit the proposal. Through this work, we developed a proposal template to help streamline the proposal process which Allyant can utilize to develop responses in-house when appropriate. In this structure, we also often provide evaluation and review of the draft proposal which we compare against the RFP requirements and provide comments on how to improve messaging, clarity, content, or organization.
